It is a grounding and highly protective crystal that promotes deep soul healing. Snowflake Obsidian is a stone of purity. It gets the snowflake patterning from cristobalite inclusions. It is a much gentler variety of obsidian for shadow work. A patterned stone, it is thought to help wearers see patterns in their own thoughts and behaviors.
