Product Overview

Lammas, or Lughnasadh, is one of 4 great fire festivals of the Celtic Wheel of the Year. It is a clebration of the first harvest and the Sun God Lugh. The ancient Celtic festival lasted one month, with August 1st being the midpoint of the festival. Lughnasadh's month long festival would have roughly taken place while the Sun was at home in the zodiac sign of Leo. Some modern pagans celebrate Lughnasadh on the Sunday (the Sun's day)  that is closest to August 1st.

This candle is scented with basil, rose, rosemary, sandalwood and frankincense. It is topped with acacia, saffron, and citrine.

As always this is a pure beeswax candle hand poured from local beeswax. Scented with pure essential oils and finished with a wood wick.

There are NO paraffins, NO synthetic
fragrance, and NO harmful chemicals!

Burning beeswax candles releases negative ions into the air, acting as an air purifier! While they cleanse your air, listen to the gentle crackling of the wood wick.
My candles burn evenly- absolutely no funneling! 4 oz candle burn time is approximately 20 hours.

*Please use candles responsibly. Keep away from children and pets. Never leave lit candles unattended. Always burn on a flat fireproof surface.*
