Relax and unwind with a cup of my blossoming tranquility tea. Not only is it beautifully colourful, it's perfect to help with mediation or to get restful sleep. This is a soothing tea with light floral notes.
Just the aroma of this blend will cause a deep relaxing breath.
I use only organic high quality herbs, some of which are grown right in my garden at home. I handcraft each batch in small qualities. The herbs selected for this tea are-
organic chamomile
organic lavender
organic St. John's wort
organic calendula
organic nettles
organic rose hips
organic elderflower
organic cornflower
-A bit about the herbs-
Chamomile is known for bringing calmness and promoting rest. This comforting herb helps aid meditation.
Lavender is great for stress relief, relaxation and healing. It promotes restful sleep and good dreams.
St John's Wort helps elevate your mood and is a great anti-depressant.
Calendula is extremely healing. It's anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral and anti-spaspadic.
Nettles are detoxifying and anti-inflammatory. It is an extremely protective herb.
Rose hips are full of vitamin C, making it great for your immune system. They are known to prevent nightmares and call in loving energy.
Elderflower is soothing and healing. It's full of antioxidants and is a great immune system booster.
Cornflower is healing and protective. It's thought to help open the third eye chakra.

Depending on how you like your brew...
A sample makes approximately 2-3 cups of tea.
A 4 oz jar makes approximately 10 - 13 cups of tea.
An 8 oz jar makes approximately 20-25 cups of tea.
Brewing instructions~
Steep 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of tea in 6 ounces of boiling water. Allow tea to steep for 5-10 minutes depending on how strong you enjoy your tea.
